Order Processing Times All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Zones We ship to metropolitan France and Corsica. If you would like delivery outside of these zones, please contact us at contact@sacreefrancaise.fr to check for feasibility and rates.

Shipping Methods We work with reliable carriers to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible:

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. These fees will be clearly indicated before payment.

Delays and Incidents While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, etc.). In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Undelivered or Lost Packages If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. In case of a confirmed loss, contact us at contact@sacreefrancaise.fr so we can find a solution.

Return of Unclaimed Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence, the reshipment fees will be the customer's responsibility.
