1. Preamble These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the Sacrée Française website ("the site"), accessible at www.sacreefrancaise.fr. Placing an order implies the unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products The products offered on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor differences may exist (particularly regarding colors, due to screen display differences). The photographs are not contractually binding.
4. Orders 4.1. Placing an order on the site implies acceptance of these T&Cs. 4.2. Orders are confirmed by a summary email sent to the address provided by the customer. 4.3. Sacrée Française reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the customer or non-payment.
5. Price and Payment 5.1. Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery fees. 5.2. Delivery fees are indicated before the order is confirmed. 5.3. Payment is made at the time of ordering via the secure payment methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.). 5.4. The products remain the property of Sacrée Française until full payment for the order has been received.
6. Delivery 6.1. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. 6.2. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary. Sacrée Française cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. 6.3. If a damaged product is received, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns 7.1. In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. 7.2. Returns must be made in their original condition and original packaging. 7.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
